MISCHUNG<\/strong> ist eine ausgewogene Mischung saisonaler Kaffeesorten. Geeignet f\u00fcr Liebhaber klassischen Kaffees, da er so ger\u00f6stet wird, dass er keine Fruchts\u00e4uren enth\u00e4lt. Wir empfehlen die Zubereitung als T\u00fcrkischer Kaffee, Espresso oder Mokka<\/strong>Es riecht nach Milchschokolade<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

HIKOFI Blend besteht immer aus saisonalen Kaffeesorten, die wir aktuell auf Lager haben und mittel bis dunkel ger\u00f6stet sind. Die diesj\u00e4hrige Mischung besteht aus hervorragenden gewaschen Kolumbien SANTUARY CAUCA<\/strong><\/a><\/em>, die Sie ebenfalls im Angebot finden als EINZELNER URSPRUNG<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0Und gewaschen Mexiko IXHUATLAN<\/strong>. <\/em>Beide Kaffeesorten \u00fcberzeugten uns durch ihr ausgepr\u00e4gtes Schokoladenprofil, ihre besondere Geschmacksf\u00fclle und ihre reinen Aromen.<\/p>\n

Der Kaffee ist angenehm cremig und hat einen sch\u00f6n ausgepr\u00e4gten und vollen K\u00f6rper.
\nEs eignet sich f\u00fcr alle Zubereitungen, je nach Geschmack \u2013 von T\u00fcrkisch bis Filterkaffee.<\/p>\n

  1. Segrejemo espresso aparat.<\/li>\r\n \t
  2. Kavo zmeljemo za espresso ali uporabimo vnaprej zmleto kavo za espresso.<\/li>\r\n \t
  3. Zmleto kavo nasujemo v portafilter (ro\u010dka od espresso aparata) in jo poravamo.<\/li>\r\n \t
  4. Kavo dobro stisnemo s ''temperjem'', pazimo da se kava \u010dim bolj enakomerno razporedi po ro\u010dki.<\/li>\r\n \t
  5. V prazno spustimo skozi aparat nekaj vode (flush) in \u0161ele nato portafilter dobro zategnemo v aparat.<\/li>\r\n \t
  6. Po\u010dakajte na ekstrakcijo. Trajati mora cca. 30 sekund.<\/li>\r\n \t
